Tottenham’s Fabio Paratici handed 30-month-long ban

Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici is one of the personalities who have been handed a ban by the FIGC court in Juventus’ capital gains sentence.

The FIGC has already announced that Juventus have been given a 15-point deduction in Serie A, which means that the Old Lady will now be at 10th in the table with only 22 points in the bag.

But the full sentence has also issued bans to Paratici, Andrea Agnelli, Pavel Nedved, Federico Cherubini and Maurizio Arrivabene. Paratici has been handed a two and a half year-long ban (30 months), with Agnelli and Arrivabene banned for two years (24 months). Nedved has been banned for eight months and Cherubini banned for 16 months.

All of the personalities were involved in the capital gains case, which had the Old Lady inflating prices of deals and using money laundering. While Paratici has been banned, the exact details of how the ban will operate haven’t emerged since the Italian is now at Spurs.
