Former Inter boss Antonio Conte was present in the city of Milan before the Rossoneri beat Empoli in the Serie A yesterday.
While it wasnโt an easy 1-0 win for Milan as Christian Pulisic scored minutes before half-time to hand the side a vital win that helped them climb to second in the table as Juventus failed to beat Atalanta later in the day.
After the game, manager Stefano Pioli spoke about his future and stated that he would love to be there as long as possible, amidst links with a potential exit at the end of the season.
PianetaMilan today have reported that one of the names being linked with replacing Pioli โ Conte, was in Milan before the game. The Italian was there with rapper Fedez, who is a known Milan fan and he had been to the San Siro to watch the game against the Azzurri later.
The pair actually had lunch together at Carlo Craccoโs restaurant in the city, sparking speculation about the managerโs future. It has been reported that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is keen on having Conte as manager next season.
