Fulham make offer for Roma target Çağlar Söyüncü

Turkish defender Çağlar Söyüncü, who is currently at Atletico Madrid, has received an offer from Fulham amidst interest from Roma.

The Giallorossi need more depth at centre-back, even though Dean Huijsen has joined on a dry loan deal from Juventus and he impressed against Atalanta.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Roma have asked Atleti about the possibility of signing the Turk on a loan deal this month. But despite that, Roma aren’t in an advantage in the saga at all as interest from the Premier League already exists and offers have been made.

Fulham are interested and have offered €20 million for a permanent move this month. Roma are now only hoping that Söyüncü doesn’t accept the move back to the Premier League and they will wait till the end of the window to strike a loan deal.

The 27-year-old hasn’t been a regular this season for Atleti, having played only six times in the La Liga and having failed to become a regular.
