Whilst the Giaollorossi maintain firm contacts with La Liga outfits Girona in an attempt to increase their depth up-top in acquiring the Ukrainian star, Artem Dovbyk has made it clear that he only wants to play for Roma next season.
Sky Sportย reports, viaย ForzaRoma.info, that the 27 year-old Ukrianian forward does not intend to join any other club but Roma, after having reached an agreement on personal terms with coach Daniele De Rossiโs side in recent period.ย
At the moment, the capital club have submitted an offer of โฌ35m including bonuses for the ruthless forward. In the event that their hefty offer gets refused, Roma club director would be prepared to launch an offer of โฌ32m plus as an additional โฌ6m in bonuses for the star striker.
Amid interest from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid over the course of the last week, Dovbyk intends on leaving Spain and arriving in Rome in the near future.
Dovbyk has heavily impressed within his debut season in the La Liga last year, notching 24 goals and eight assists in 36 appearances for the Spanish club.
