Tuesday August 27th is set to be a decisive day within the transfer saga of Dutchman Teun Koopmeiners as both Juventus and Atalanta are prepared to engage in new contacts.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that a meeting between the two clubs is set to reach agreement and potentially seal the central midfielderโs desired move to the Bianconeri.
Juventus have most recently submitted an offer of โฌ52m plus an additional โฌ7m in bonuses, whilst La Dea seek a hefty fee of โฌ60m in order to willingly let the 26-year-old depart for the Allianz Stadium.
As it stands, Koopmeiners has already handed his request to be transferred and voiced his desire to join the Old Lady prior to the closing of the summer mercato. The Dutch international has missed several trainings and has not taken part in the opening two matches of the season as he attempts to detach himself from coach Gian Piero Gasperiniโs side.
