Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s agents are expected to hold talks with the club soon.
The Partenopei are currently in Saudi Arabia for the Supercoppa Italia, which now features four teams and a mini-tournament. Kvaratskhelia is also in Riyadh, as things stand.
Il Mattino (via CN24) state that Kvaratskhelia’s agents will also soon be in Saudi Arabia and they will meet the club. The likelihood is that talks will be held between the two parties regarding a new deal, which has been talked about for a while but nothing concrete has materialised.
The Georgian’s performances haven’t hit the same levels this season as they did last season, as he constantly combined with partner Victor Osimhen. But the club’s instability has led to both players taking a dent in their goalscoring and the team as a result, currently being ninth in the Serie A.
The club is currently in retreat since their 3-0 loss to Torino, even though they beat Salernitana 2-1 recently.
