Manchester United set asking price for Mason Greenwood amidst Juventus interest

Serie A giants Juventus are increasingly keen on a move for Manchester United outcast Mason Greenwood, who is currently on loan at Getafe in La Liga.

The Bianconeri are likely to side wide players this summer and it seems as if Greenwood is a concrete option. Daniele Longo has reported that United are certain that Greenwood will be sold this summer and his performances for Getafe have garnered interest from multiple clubs.

Juve, in the meantime, are increasingly convinced about the player and his abilities. They believe that the move would be a sustainable one for them financially and that the Englishman would adapt to life well in Italy and he will play a key role in the present and future.

Since Greenwood’s contract expires in 2025, the situation does favour Juve because his price tag will be low. As of now, United want around €30 million to sell the player permanently in the summer. Juve, knowing that his contract expires in about a year, are looking to spend about a half of that amount.
