Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are said to be unfazed by the release clause in the contract of Serie A and Napoli star Victor Osimhen.
With Kylian Mbappe set to leave PSG in the summer and the Frenchman inching towards a move to Real Madrid, it seems as if Osimhen is a key target for the Parisiens. La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW) report that Osimhen is indeed on PSGโs list of potential Mbappe replacements and in fact, the Nigerian is right at the top of the list.
Osimhenโs current deal has a release clause worth โฌ130 million in his contract and PSG arenโt said to be fazed by that amount. They arenโt even concerned about the fact that the amount would have to be paid at once, which is what the clauseโs regulation states.
Even Osimhenโs current wage of 10 million per season wouldnโt be a concern for PSG, but the issue the French side could face concerns the Nigerianโs wishes of playing in the Premier League. England is said to be Osimhenโs target and there is no shortage of potential suitors in the Premier League.
