Serie A side Roma agree personal terms with Artem Dovbykโs entourage as talks are expected to reach a conclusion soon with Girona.
According to a report by Gianluca Di Marzio, Romaโs sporting director Florent Ghisolfi has landed in Spain to close the deal with Girona for Dovbyk.ย
The Catalonian outfits raised their asking price for the Ukrainian striker recently to โฌ35 million and there were fears of negotiations breaking down. However, the Giallorossi have agreed to match the demands as they see the 27-year-old as a necessary signing after Matias Soule.ย
The playerโs agents are working with Girona to accelerate negotiations with Roma and it is only a matter of time before Dovbyk dons the Italian capital sideโs colours.ย
With 24 goals and eight assists in the LaLiga last season, Dovbyk sealed the Pichichi (top scorer) award of the league.
