Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have made new contact to potentially land Genoa defender Radu Drăgușin.
Napoli seem to be keen on landing the Romanian, along with Tottenham and they seem prepared to offer both Leo Ostigard and Alessandro Zanoli in a deal that will also include cash. It has been suggested that if Napoli offer Zanoli permanently, that could seal the deal.
But it seems as if Spurs aren’t giving up, having already agreed personal terms with the defender. Fabrizio Romano has reported that new contact has taken place between Genoa and Spurs and talks are expected to stay ongoing till the weekend, as the Lilywhites attempt to land the Romanian.
The expectation is that the Premier League giants will make an official bid soon, with Genoa still looking at a fee of €30 million to sell their asset.
Napoli’s first bid only involved cash and Ostigard, but it was pegged back. Spurs’ initial approach was of less than the Rossoblu’s current demand.
