Tottenham to make new offer for Genoa’s Radu Drăgușin

Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur are set to make a new offer for Genoa defender Radu Drăgușin, as they step up efforts to land the player.

Napoli seemed keen on landing the defender and despite them having reached a draft agreement for the 21-year-old, it seems as if they have decided to move away from the saga as Tottenham continue to push the player after having previously made a lower bid on agreeing personal terms with the player.

Alfredo Pedulla has now reported that Drăgușin’s priority is to move to Premier League and he has put Spurs at the top of his wishlist. Spurs would soon make an offer of €30 million or more for the Romanian, as they look to seal the deal for the ex-Juventus man, whose agent has also given priority to the Lilywhites.

Napoli did try but they ended up being stuck in an auction for the player, as they identify alternatives to the 21-year-old. Reports in Romania meanwhile, suggest that even Bayern Munich are now interested in the player after having held interior talks about a move.
