As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter players Luis Henrique and Davide Frattesi are attracting interest from the Premier League amid what is shaping up to be an eventful transfer window at San Siro.
After just one season in Italy, it looks like Luis Henrique may move on, with Bournemouth taking an particular interest in the 24-year-old Brazilian wide midfielder.
As for Frattesi, appearances under Cristian Chivu were harder to come by for him last season, and it looks like he may be moved on in favour of newer faces. Nottingham Forest are interested in him, though the 26-year-old is inclined towards remaining in Italy.
Henrique has four more years remaining on his โฌ3.91m-per-year contract, while Frattesi has two years remaining on his โฌ5.19m-per-year deal.
All the Premโs a stage
In recent years, the modern-day financial reality of European football has made mid-to-lower table Premier League sides a fertile ground for players from elsewhere in Europe โ even more so than used to be the case few years ago.
So if a league-winning side like Inter are looking to move on a few players, the Premier League will happily oblige and provide an excellent platform for out-of-favour players to make a name for themselves at footballโs most lucrative stage.
Frattesi in proven deep-lying midfielders, which are already hard to come by, so any side that is interested in grab him will find on the table a deal more than worth making.
As for Henrique, heโs a promising creative wide outlet who has already had a fruitful spell at Marseille before Inter. Heโs someone who plays a key role in earlier phases of an attack and could be tried out even as a fullback or as an eight down the middle, so thereโs a project to explore there, making him a very attractive options for mid-table Premier League sides that have less pressure on them, comparatively speaking.
