Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Lucas Torreria from Sampdoria.
The 22-year-old Uruguayan midfielder joins the Gunners after an impressive World Cup in Russia.
Torreria had been one of the brightest young talents in Serie A, making over 70 appearances for Sampdoria.
According to Arsenal’s official statement, “The deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes.”
