Sassuolo have announced the signature of Marlon from Barcelona in a permanent deal for €6 million.
The 22-year-old Brazilian defender joined Barcelona from Fluminense in 2016 and spent last season on loan at French side OGC Nice.
If Marlon plays 50 matches with Sassuolo will have to pay another €6 million and Barcelona will also have a buy-back option.
Marlon only made two appearances for the senior Barcelona team but begins a new adventure in Italy.
