Nicolò Barella is one of the most sought-after players in Italy at the moment.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Roma submitted an offer to Cagliari today for the 22-year-old joining Napoli, Milan, and Inter in the race for the Italian midfielder.
Although Barella wants to join Antonio Conte, Cagliari deemed Inter’s latest offer too low.
Negotiations will continue as an agreement looks to be reached between Cagliari and Inter.
