Brescia Coach Eugenio Corini took Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Montellaโs joke in good spirit after his opposite number quipped that he hoped Mario Balotelli got the โflu ahead of Monday nightโs match!
โItโs an understandable joke,โ Corini told reporters in his pre-match press conferednce. โJust as we hoped Federico Chiesa would be out for longer after international duty. Balotelli had a slight knee problem, he had treatment and Iโll have to evaluate him.
โWe need to do better on home turf, though weโve been a little unlucky so far in those fixtures. Weโre coming off three consecutive defeats here, but want to give the fans a victory to cheer.
โFiorentina play with two strikers who occupy the space in an unusual way, as Chiesa attacks the space, whereas Franck Ribery prefers to dribble and then go forward. They can hurt us if they find space to run into.
