Juventus keep an eye on Icardi

As Mauro Icardi’s future continues to look away from Inter, bitter rivals Juventus continue to keep a close eye on the striker.

According to Romeo Agresti, Inter are pushing for a swap deal to obtain Paulo Dybala but Juve want to take their time.

First off, the Bianconeri are currently focused on making some sales on the attacking front, namely Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain.

They also know that giving Dybala to a direct competitor could be a big gamble.

There have also been contacts between Juve sporting director Fabio Paratici and Icardi’s wife/agent, Wanda Nara.

The 26-year-old Argentine striker wants to stay in Italy and also play Champions League football, making Juventus his preferred destination if he is forced out at Inter.
