Cagliari announce the signature of Giovanni Simeone from Fiorentina on loan with an obligation to buy.
The 24-year-old striker has signed a five-year contract with the Sardinian club. It was widely reported that Simeone has a release clause in his contract.
Simeone spent two seasons with Fiorentina, scoring twenty league goals.
