Gianluca Di Marzio reports tonight that Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan is close to returning to Cagliari, with talks taking place today between the two clubs over a permanent deal.
The Belgian would move back to Sardinia for a fee in the region of €12m, with two youth players set to go the other way.
