Ex-Italy and Lazio striker Beppe Signori has compared Napoli’s Victor Osimhen to Chelsea great Didier Drogba.
Signori was chatting with Tuttomercatoweb recently and he had a lot of praise for Osimhen, who grabbed a brace for the Partenopei in their recent 2-2 draw against Premier League side Leicester City.
Signori talked about the striker and claimed: “He has everything: technique, strength, elevation, speed and power. He is a player who is still young, he has room for improvement and I think he has shown a part of what he can do.”
When asked about making a comparison, the ex-Italy man stated: “I say Drogba. They are very similar physically and technically.”
Osimhen has played twice in Serie A this season but is yet to score a single goal in 113 minutes, but his impressive tally from last season will fill him with confidence.
