Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic has talked about the recent criticism for him, claiming that it doesn’t affect him in any way.
Handanovic was talking to the press ahead of Inter’s Champions League opener against Real Madrid and one topic of discussion was the recent criticism of him. He stated that it is one of the ‘superficial’ things that doesn’t affect him.
He claimed: “The criticism does not affect me, I’ve listened to so many superficial things that I don’t give a damn about. Now let’s think about the Champions League. What happened in the past must be a stimulus.”
On the club’s form and preparation for the game, the Slovenian said: “This Inter, compared to the previous ones, has more experience, is more aware and more determined . We want to pass the test as always, maybe in the other years someone has been better than us or we haven’t been up to it. But the past has passed . Let’s think about tomorrow’s race that inaugurates the competition.”
