Inter are now said to be preparing a contract termination for Christian Eriksen and it could happen as early as January.
La Gazzetta dello Sport state that work is underway to make sure that the termination is mutual and peaceful and the idea is to get his deal terminated in January. Inter had signed Hakan Calhanoglu to replace Christian Eriksen and they’re quite happy with how that deal has gone.
Eriksen will be free to look for a new club in January and he wants to start playing by the 2022/23 season. His former club Odense seems like the most likely destination now and Ajax can’t be excluded either.
Cardiological examinations, all to be carried out in Denmark in agreement with the Inter medical staff led by Professor Piero Volpi, will normally be repeated.
