Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo emerges as an option for Manchester City

Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo has indeed emerged as a striker option for Manchester City and they could move for the ex-Manchester United man, if they fail to sign Harry Kane.

La Repubblica claim that while City will make one last attempt to sign Harry Kane and the Englishman is pushing for a move, any bids less than €200 million will be rejected – the report claims. As a result, City are studying other tracks and one option is Dusan Vlahovic. While it has been publicly stated that he’s now set to stay at Fiorentina, a call from Pep Guardiola can change things.

Ronaldo though, is another option now. He has already expressed his willingness to depart the Old Lady and his agent Jorge Mendes is talking to the Manchester City owners in an attempt to understand how a deal can be done this summer.

It is stated that City will not have any problems in meeting the full demands of a potential deal for the Portuguese. His fee, the report states, stands at €25 million.
