Milan, Lazio and Roma offered Barcelona’s Coutinho

Serie A trio Lazio, Roma and Milan have been offered the chance to sign Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho by the Brazilian’s agent.

This comes from La Repubblica, who claim that Coutinho’s influential agent Kia Joorabchian has offered his client to various clubs and this includes Roma, Milan and the Biancocelesti. While his current wage demands of €12 million a season are out of reach for Italian clubs, the Growth Decree rule can help them in some way in this regard.

Coutinho particularly interests Lazio but the market is a complicated one for clubs and for Lazio specifically, because of the liquidity index issues. Claudio Lotito has been vocal about those problems and it is blocking the club’s moves for Toma Basic and Filip Kostic.
