It is believed that incidents such as ultras defacing his mural, calling him a traitor and insulting him have โhurtโ him mentally as the striker isnโt making the decision to leave Inter because of the money he would get at Chelsea.
It is stated that his decision is backed by ambition and Chelseaโs ambitions appeal to him more. Secondly, Inter are in financial difficulty and have already lost Antonio Conte and sold Achraf Hakimi. This created doubts in Lukakuโs mind regarding the clubโs intentions. Heโs a player who wants to win things and he doesnโt believe that Interโs situation matches that goal.
