The agents of Lille defender Sven Botman were present at Milan’s Coppa Italia game against Lazio and talks are expected to take place tomorrow.
Daniele Longo has reported that a new development in the Botman transfer saga could come through in the next few days because his agents were at the San Siro and a meeting is scheduled between the Rossoneri management and the entourage tomorrow to find an agreement regarding the move to Milan in the summer.
Botman remains Milan’s main goal for the summer and he was their main goal for the January transfer window as well, as they look to improve their backline as soon as they can.
Botman was linked with a move to Newcastle United in January but a bid was rejected and as things stand, the Dutchman only wants to join Milan and work is ongoing to make the move happen.
