American investors interested in buying Inter

Serie A giants Inter are attracting interest from two American investors amidst talk of a potential sale.

Nerazzurri owner Steven Zhang recently spoke about how the family is committed to the club on a long-term basis and he even played down talk of a potential sale.

But Reuters have also reported that two American investors have expressed interest in buying the former Serie A champions, with sources close to the outlet not providing any further details about the talk. They have also stated that the Zhang family would want a fee of €1.2 billion to sell the Milan-based side.

Reuters have also stated that Reuters Goldman Sachs and U.S. boutique bank Raine are working on a potential sale for the Nerazzurri as well. This was also reported in Italy some days ago, with suggestions appearing that the Nerazzurri have given a mandate to Goldman Sachs regarding a potential sale at some point.
