PSG star Angel Di Maria keen on Juventus move amid interest from Benfica

Juventus are interested in making a move for Ángel Di María this summer as the club looks desperate to sign a replacement for Paulo Dybala.

Today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that joining Juventus in the summer occupies a much higher position on Di María’s transfer agenda. Benfica have expressed their interest in the veteran, but the player is reportedly convinced that moving to Italy will be the right decision.

With Paulo Dybala‘s contract coming to an end this summer and Juventus unwilling to extend his stay, Juventus will miss the Argentinian’s services down the right from the next season onwards. And while a long-term fix doesn’t appear to be available, the Old Lady is poised to complete a short-term deal for the former Real Madrid winger.

As per the latest report, Juventus have already taken decisive steps regarding the transfer of the 34-year-old. And it is understood that the missing details are more delicate.

Juve could soon reach a complete agreement with the entourage of the player. Di Maria doesn’t have a better offer on his table either, making the situation much more reasonable for the Bianconeri management.
