Brighton’s Ostigard arrives for Genoa medical

Brighton defender Leo Ostigard has arrived in Genoa ahead of a loan move to the Rossoblu.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Ostigard’s medical tests are now underway and the defender is currently set to join Genoa on a dry loan deal from Brighton.

The transfer formula is the one that Stoke City had in their loan deal and for the English club, he had spent the first-half of the season on a temporary loan. This is Genoa’s second signing of January, as Swiss right-back Silvan Hefti arrived from Young Boys and has already undergone his medical.
