Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic would be interested in Manchester United move but no offers made

Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic would be interested in a move to Manchester United but no offers have been made for the Serbian.

Il Messaggero have reported about the situation of the midfielder, claiming that while there is an increasing possibility of them keeping Milinkovic-Savic due to United’s move for Adrien Rabiot, the midfielder wouldn’t be opposed to moving to Old Trafford.

Lazio certainly hope that he stays but Milinkovic-Savic has previously informed the Biancocelesti that he would like to leave the club if an opportunity to upgrade comes up. No offers have arrived, with Real Madrid having signed Aurelien Tchouameni and PSG coming close to signing Fabian Ruiz.

Despite United’s absence from the Champions League, Il Sergente would be interested in the move but it is stated that the club’s move for Rabiot has reduced the chances of them going for Milinkovic-Savic.

Claudio Lotito, it is reported, would want €70 million to let the player leave but the valuation could decrease in the coming weeks. If an offer of about €50 million to €60 million is made, there is a likelihood that Lazio will sell the player towards the end of the window.

Even though Milinkovic-Savic would be happy enough to stay if no offers come by, his exit would make Lazio move for Piotr Zielinski.
