Milan are interested in the possibility of signing Chelseaโs Edouard Mendy but a move remains complex for the Rossoneri.
Mike Maignanโs injury issues have complated Milanโs goalkeeping situation, even though the Rossoneri are trying to sign Marco Sportiello. But Maignanโs injury means that that they are in the market for a low-cost and short-term deal for a first-choice goalkeeper as well.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported for Corriere della Sera that the Rossoneri are eyeing a short-term deal in the market and Mendy is a name that is liked by the club. Even though the goalkeeper is a second-choice at Chelsea, a move for him is difficult because of the sort of deal that the Diavolo are eyeing.
The 30-year-old has played only nine games in the Premier League but in Chelseaโs recent league games, Kepa has become the regular between the sticks โ especially under Graham Potterโs tutelage. Mendy has won the Champions League with the Blues, who were then under Thomas Tuchel.
