Napoli see Brighton defender as replacement for Man Utd man

Napoli see Brighton’s Leo Ostigard as a potential replacement for Man United’s Axel Tuanzebe, who will return to Old Trafford in the summer.

Corriere dello Sport claim today that Tuanzebe will definitely depart Napoli in the summer and go back to United once his loan spell ends. The defender has not convinced the Partenopei enough for them to make the move permanent in the summer and he has made only two appearances for the club.

Ostigard, who is on loan at Genoa, is being eyed by Cristiano Guintoli as a replacement in the summer. Guintoli is closely following the defender, who originally plies his trade with Brighton.

The 22-year-old has made 11 appearances for Genoa and has done well under Alexander Blessin.
