Paul Pogba unlikely to play FIFA World Cup following another injury

Juventus’ Paul Pogba has picked up another injury and is now unlikely to feature in the FIFA World Cup.

Fabiana della Valle has reported about the Frenchman, stating that while Pogba started training with the Juve first team once again, he has picked up another injury. It is a muscle injury in his thigh and he will be out for ten more days.

It is stated that only a miracle will make him available for the World Cup next month and he will now play for Juventus only in 2023.

The injured thigh is on the right leg and it isn’t the leg on which Pogba had picked up the metatarsal injury. Everything will be reassessed about the issue soon, to consider whether Pogba can make it to the World Cup in the middle of the tournament instead of playing in it from the very beginning.

Pogba had faced a pain in his thigh for some days and reported it to the doctors, who stopped him from training with the team and the club are now hoping that it is only a case of training overload and nothing more serious than that.
