Tottenham are now in contact with the entourage of Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni.
Journalist Daniele Longo has reported about the situation of Bastoni, claiming that Spurs are going in strong on the Italian defender, who was also been linked with moves to Manchester United and Chelsea in recent weeks.
Contacts are in progress between Spurs and Bastoni’s agent Tullio Tinti and the club are trying to agree personal terms with the player’s entourage before dealing with Inter and agreeing a fee. It is stated that if an important offer from Tottenham arrives, Inter would give the go-ahead for the defender’s sale.
Inter have to make a major sale this summer to finance moves for the likes of Paulo Dybala, Bremer and potentially Romelu Lukaku. One of the players that they can move on is Lautaro Martinez or Bastoni and it looks like progress is being made on the Italian’s front, especially as the Argentine denied wishes to leave the club.
