Juventus becoming impatient with Paul Pogba since return to Turin

Since the Frenchman made his highly anticipated return to the Bianconeri on a free transfer from Premier League outfit Manchester United over the summer, Juventus are becoming extremely impatient with central midfielder Paul Pogba as his arrival has been underwhelming.

The 29 year-old has only featured in a total of 35 minutes for the Old Lady thus far across all competitions as a result of a knee injury that was endured during the pre-season that required surgery, as well as various muscular issues.

As of right now, Pogba is held at bay for another month after suffering a muscular abductor injury, making him unavailable for this weekend’s Derby D’Italia matchup against Inter, as well as the reverse fixture against Freiburg in the Europa League.

Tuttojuve report that the club is quite frustrated with how Pogba’s season has been going thus far and are having doubts about keeping the French international for another season as he has failed to hit the ground running in a consistent matter.

With the season imminently reaching its final stages, it remains to be seen if Pogba can solidify his spot with the Bianconeri and prove that acquiring him as per the request of Allegri has far from a mistake.
