Juventus prepare to beat Atalanta in move for Spezia’s Emil Holm

Juventus are now preparing to beat Atalanta in their move for Spezia full-back Emil Holm this summer.

The Spezia star has been linked with a host of clubs in Serie A and Daniele Longo has reported that Atalanta are working closely to sign the Swede, but Juve want to sign a right wing-back this summer and they see Holm as a key target for that role. Atalanta are yet to close the move for the 23-year-old and that is why Juve are confident about signing the player.

Spezia are clear that they want €10 million for the defender, with Atalanta offering an initial loan deal worth €2 million with the move turning into an obligation to buy for €8 million if certain conditions are met. But that isn’t a deal that Spezia seem to be favouring right now.

Before making their move, Juve want to move on Matias Soule and Samuel Iling-Junior, with Holm said to be quite keen on a move to the Bianconeri and has asked his agents to explore a move.
