Kim Min-Jae keen on Napoli stay this summer

Despite keen interest from other clubs and the presence of an affordable release clause, South Korean defender Kim Min-Jae is keen on staying at Napoli this summer.

Carlo Laudisa has reported about the possibility of Napoli selling players this summer, stating that it doesn’t seem likely that the Partenopei end up selling all three of Victor Osimhen, Kim and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Kim’s case is the most intriguing as there has been links with Manchester United and Manchester City over the last few months.

It is stated that Kim’s agent had demanded that a release clause be inserted into his current deal and it gets activated for the first 15 days of July. But as of now, Kim has no intentions of leaving Napoli and he wants to stay at the Partenopei in the summer. The situation does scare Napoli because of the presence of the release clause but Kim wants to stay, even if there is no time to eliminate the release clause.
