Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan is expected to make a return to action for the Rossoneri in the upcoming game against Atalanta.
It was previously reported that whie Maignan was initially expected to return for the Champions League Round of 16 first leg against Tottenham, he couldn’t fully recover from his muscle problem. There has been frustration at Milan about his injury issues but he now seems close to a return.
Sky Italia claim that the Frenchman is expected to return in the next game week against Atalanta and he could actually start from the very beginning.
Davide Calabria is expected to remain out for the next two weeks due to his injury, but there could be positive news regarding Ismael Bennacer and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Bennacer is more likely to feature, whereas Ibrahimovic had done an intense training session after he was on the bench against Monza. The Swede could feature in some way against La Dea.
