Milan are currently leading the race to sign Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the summer.
The Englishman has previously been linked with a move to Serie A but Daniele Longo has now reported that Milan are in the lead for the player. Chelsea don’t consider the midfielder to be indispensable and are considering selling him to earn a capital profit.
Contacts between Chelsea and Milan for Loftus-Cheek first took place back when the teams faced each other for their Champions League tie in London and the relations between the sides are quite friendly. It is stated that certain sources in England suggest a possibility of an agreement between the two clubs for a fee of around €25 million.
But it will come down to the decision of the player, who is yet to agree any personal terms with the Rossoneri. But as of now, Milan are indeed one of the clubs who are leading the race for the former Fulham man.
