Milan yet to make contact for Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat

Milan are yet to make contact for Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat despite rumours stating otherwise.

Alfredo Pedulla has reported that while Amrabat can leave Fiorentina in the next few weeks, there are no ongoing contacts with Milan. It is unlikely that Milan even go for the midfielder this summer.

But it is seems quite likely that Amrabat ends up abroad and there is a high chance of him joining Barcelona or Atletico Madrid, who are both interested. If he leaves, La Viola would seek replacements in Lecce’s Morten Hjulmand and they are also interested in Sassuolo’s Maxime Lopez.

Milan are looking at other profiles and they are keen on AZ Alkmaar’s Tijjani Reijnders, who is also liked by a Premier League side and another Serie A side. But he is interested in a move to Milan and is waiting for the deal with the Rossoneri to open up, with a deal for Ruben Loftus-Cheek already wrapped up.
