Milan have been interested in signing Adama Traore in recent days but they have now kept their move for the Spain international on a standby.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported about the situation of the winger, stating that with Milan not considering to go ahead with a move for the player, Roma could be back in the race for the ex-Wolverhampton Wanderers man, whose contract at the Premier League side has expired.
Last season, TraorĂ© played 40 league and cup games for Wolves and while his influence wasn’t as great as it used to be, he spent the second half of the 2021/22 season on loan at Barcelona. Known for his exceptional dribbling ability, Traore was also linked with a move to Tottenham last January as Antonio Conte wanted him at the Lilywhites but the move never went through. Napoli were also linked with a move for him and saw him as a replacement for Hirving Lozano.
