Milan have been interested in signing Adama Traore in recent days but they have now kept their move for the Spain international on a standby.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported about the situation of the winger, stating that with Milan not considering to go ahead with a move for the player, Roma could be back in the race for the ex-Wolverhampton Wanderers man, whose contract at the Premier League side has expired.
Last season, Traorรฉ played 40 league and cup games for Wolves and while his influence wasnโt as great as it used to be, he spent the second half of the 2021/22 season on loan at Barcelona. Known for his exceptional dribbling ability, Traore was also linked with a move to Tottenham last January as Antonio Conte wanted him at the Lilywhites but the move never went through. Napoli were also linked with a move for him and saw him as a replacement for Hirving Lozano.
