PREDICTED LINE-UPS | Atalanta v Juventus

The race for the top four enters a crucial stage in the Serie A as contenders Juventus and Atalanta meet each other in a much-anticipated fixture today at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo.

Atalanta approach this match in excellent form as they have secured wins in each of their last three league matches. During the course of that run, they have also scored 8 goals but haven’t managed to keep a single clean sheet in each of their last 8 matches. La Dea showed excellent resiliency in their last match which ended in a thrilling 3-2 win for the hosts. Marten de Roon, Davide Zappacosta and Luis Muriel were on the scoresheet as Atalanta averted a comeback from Spezia and picked up a well-fought victory to stay in the race for the top four.

Meanwhile, Juventus have faced consistency issues this season and they will be looking to work on that so as to not lose their place in the top four. Despite getting their 15 points reinstated following a repeal, the Bianconeri haven’t been able to capitalise further to cement their Champions League qualification for next season. Leandro Paredes and Dusan Vlahovic were on the scoresheet for Juventus in their last match against Lecce.

Though the visitors scored through a penalty, Massimiliano Allegri’s men could hold through the match and grab the essential three points. Doing that could lift them upto second in the table today but a win for La Dea could put them only two points behind the top four.

Here are the predicted starting line-ups according to Sky Italia:

Atalanta (3-4-2-1): Musso; Toloi, Djimsiti, Scalvini; Zappacosta, de Roon, Ederson, Maehle; Pasalic, Koopmeiners; Zapata

Juventus (3-5-1-1): Szczesny; Danilo, Rugani, Alex Sandro; Cuadrado, Fagioli, Locatelli, Rabiot, Iling; Di Maria; Milik
