Serie A PREVIEW | Lazio vs Atalanta

Two sides separated by just a point meet later on today, as Atalanta travel to the capital to face Lazio.

Both sides are coming off poor results and therefore need a win, as La Dea lost last week while Lazio were held by Verona. Both missed crucial chances to establish a spot inside the top four.

Despite Pedro’s incredible finish last week Lazio failed to overcome the lowly Verona, which allowed Roma to overtake them in the table. Maurizio Sarri’s side have drawn their last two and another here would mean three consecutive draws for the first time in five years.

Atalanta come into the tie with just one loss in their last six in the league, as they remain occupying sixth following Milan’s win last night.
