Inter comfortably beat Milan in the Derby della Madonnina to win the Supercoppa (3-0). The Rossoneri looked uninspired and didn’t give their Milanese neighbours any challenge in the desert.
Inter took the lead early in Saudi Arabia, after 13 minutes to be exact. Nicolò Barella a perfect cross to Federico Dimarco, who smashed it past Tatarusanu. Not much later, Dzeko doubled that lead. The Sarajevo Swan dribbled past Tonali, too easily to be fair, and beat Tatarusanu with an excellent finish.
After the break, Milan tried to start a comeback, but they failed. Lautaro put the last hopes of the Rossoneri to sleep around 15 minutes before the end. He outsmarted Tomori on a bouncy pass and produced a spectacular finish with the outside of his right-foot.
