Former Roma, Tottenham and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has revealed his plans to return to management next season.
Mourinho was sacked as manager many weeks ago and despite links with other clubs, he remains with a club. He was linked with Saudi club Al Shabab but he didnโt chosen the option of taking over there.
The Portuguese spoke to Sky Italia recently, as he was present at the Ducati garage ahead of the Portuguese GP. He spoke about his future plans.
โNow Iโm free, but in the summer I want to coach. Itโs going well in Portugal tooโ
In another interview, Mourinho stated that he doesnโt understand why Roma sacked him and also threw shade at Tiago Pinto and his recent words about the ex-Giallorossi boss.
He said: โItโs difficult to understand how a coach who reaches two European finals in a row gets sacked. Thatโs the only strange thing about this situation.โ
On Tiago Pinto, the manager said: โHis interviews donโt interest me at all, I donโt waste time reading or listening to them. I donโt have the slightest interest. Will he work with me again? No, certainly not. In this case it is not possible,โ
Talk about a rift between Pinto and Mourinho was rife even towards the end of last season and it is no surprise that the former Roma boss spoke in a negative way about the former club sporting director. Both arenโt at the club anymore, with the club looking at a revolution.
