Milan make new contact for Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy

Serie A giants Milan remain keen on signing Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy and have made contact once again to sign the player.

Luca Bianchin has reported that with Olivier Giroud on his way to the MLS, Guirassy’s profile has once again climbed the club’s shortlist. Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee remains the club’s main target but the issue in that move would be Bologna’s asking price, which is at around €50 million to €60 million.

Benjamin Sesko and Santiago Gimenez are also on the shortlist but their value is also at a similar fee. Guirassy is an appealing target because his release clause is at €17.5 million and would be cheaper than another target – Jonathan David, whose deal at Lille runs out in the summer of 2025.

Guirassy prefers a move to the Premier League and he would accept it right away if the top six come calling. Milan meanwhile, can offer the charm of the San Siro and Champions League football. Milan are working on a potential move for the 28-year-old, who would be handed the number nine jersey right away by the club.
