Milan ready to push for move for Schalke’s Assan Ouédraogo

Milan are readying a move for Schalke youngster Assan Ouédraogo and they are keen on beating competition from clubs.

La Repubblica have reported about Milan’s chase of the teenager, as they want to quickly close a deal for the midfielder in the summer. Schalke have, in recent past, repelled their interest and attempts but Milan want to break through this time around.

The Rossoneri have decided to accelerate in their move, with both Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen interested. They have made offers for the the 17-year-old but they have been rejected already. Schalke’s goal is to create an auction for their asset in the summer transfer window.

Ouédraogo is valued at about €15 million by Schalke and Milan executives have been in Germany to potentially make progress over a summer deal. The idea is to meet executives at Schalke later in the next few hours to make progress in talks over a move.
