Victor Osimhen is nearing the completion of his transfer move to Paris Saint-Germain.
According to a report by Il Mattino via Calcio Napoli 24, Victor Osimhen is set to fly to Paris today or tomorrow to sign a contract with Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain officially. Negotiations concluded when both clubsโ presidents became part of the negotiations, thus putting an end to a long drama surrounding the Nigerian.
Napoli CEO Aurelio De Laurentiis did not want the inclusion of players in the deal from Les Parisiens and Nasser Al-Khelaifi committed to paying the full release clause of โฌ120 million. PSG will offer Osimhen a salary of โฌ12 million per year and the striker is set to sign soon.
This recent development looks to be the end for Osimhenโs four-year journey with Napoli, where he won the Scudetto a year back. The 25-year-old scored 17 goals and registered three assists across all competitions last season.
