Tammy Abraham returns to Roma training

Serie A side Roma are close to earning a boost for the squad, with Tammy Abraham now having returned to partial training.

Abraham had picked up an ACL injury many months ago and he hasn’t featured at all for the Giallorossi since, having focused on his recovery from the serious issue.

Il Messaggero state that (via TMW) yesterday, Abraham returned to partial training for Roma and he trained partially with the squad. He was managing his workload, as he looks to later step up his return to action while putting the injury away.

It is stated that Roma still want to focus on the Englishman. There is no rush for him to return to action right away and he will currently alternate between group training and individual training, with the club currently hoping that he returns to action in early April. The Giallorossi want to make sure that Abraham is on the bench for the game against Lecce in the first week of April.
