As Serie A giants Milan have their bid rejected for Monacoโs Youssouf Fofana, an English clubโs attempt has been pegged back by the player.
Gianluca di Marzio has confirmed that Milanโs offer stood at โฌ17 million and that included bonuses. Monaco currently want โฌ35 million to sell the Les Bleus midfielder but the feeling is that the move could close at the halfway point, but not for below that mark.
Fofana is keen on joining Milan and is giving his priority to the Rossoneri. His intentions are so clear that an English club, whose name hasnโt been clarified, has had an attempt pegged back because of Fofanaโs intentions of joining the Rossoneri. The Premier League club doesnโt play in European competitions, it is reported.
Having said that, Milan will have to raise their offer for the midfielder to sign him, even thoough the player wants to join them quickly.
